Pleasant staff and location, I appreciated it. Set close enough to Galena and downtown and shops in the nice enough area. Totally such great experience.

We loved staff and location - great! Pool was clean. Lobby was pretty. Positioned in the downtown area, so close to downtown, Galena and shops.

I liked SPECTACULAR location, extremely hospitable staff and freshly renovated room. Exceptional view of ocean. Large breakfast with lots of meals. The salad bar was fantastic and the drinks were fine.

It was really nice time in Galena. The reason we loved it was first class staff and location. The restaurant was charming and served special food. Big bedrooms and a marble-lined bathroom.

really well appointed room, impeccable service, peaceful location. the entire staff were happy to help and customer-facing. i loved the english breakfast with coffee, eggs and cookies. it was an absolutely amazing experience in a nice looking hotel.

This family hotel has best staff and free breakfast. Nice location, 28 minutes' drive from Dubuque Regional airport. Large rooms, comfy beds.
